How to make a online reservation.
A reservation can be made online in our reservationsystem. You have to walk through the 5 reservation steps to make a successful booking.
1) Choose the date and time of the tour you want to reserve.
2) Fill in your details, the amount of persons and click on ‘make a booking’. If you’d like to book a combination, select the extra attraction.
3) Choose the payment method (for example ‘PayPal’ ). If you have a ‘discount code or gift code’, you can only use this for the Splashtours and not in combination with an other attraction.
4) Check and confirm your reservation
5) Make the payment. From this moment on you leave the website www.segwayrotterdam.nl and you end up in the secure Ingenico environment which processes the payment. You have the choice between iDeal, PayPal, VISA or Mastercard. Once your payment has been verified, we will be informed that the reservation has been paid. The purchase amount is immediately debited and charged.
If you can’t make book online , it’s also possible to buy a ticket at our service desk at Restaurant De Zwarte Zwaan. You can find our service desk opposite the Euromast at Parkhaven 9. Payment can only be made by debit card or credit card.
Booking with an unique code is also easy and quick.
In order to make a accurate reservation, please follow the following steps.
- Go to the online booking system of Splashtours.
- Choose the date and time of the tour you want to reserve.
- Per ticket you can make one booking. You should make a reservation for every person apart!
- Choose 1 adult or 1 child, fill in your details and click on ‘make a booking’.
- Choose the payment method (for example ‘Holland cadeaubon’ ) and fill in your unique gift code at ‘discount code or gift code’.
- Confirm your reservation. You will receive the confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
NOTE: You can find the unique code on the ticket. If you want to book for more than one person, please make a reservation for each person and use the same reservation name. To make a booking, click here.
